Shipping policy
Our products are made to order just for you. Because each item is created after you place your order, please allow time for production in addition to transit time.
Processing time
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer.
Domestic shipping (United States)
Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout and are calculated based on the items in your order and the delivery address. Standard options include:
• Economy: 5–8 business days in transit. $4.90 for orders up to 5 lbs, $19.90 for orders between 5 and 70 lbs, and free shipping on orders of $50 or more.
• Standard: 3–4 business days in transit, starting at $6.90.
Some made-to-order items ship directly from our print partners. If an order contains items shipping from different locations, they may arrive separately.
International shipping
We ship internationally via USPS and DHL services. International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing; please allow extra time. Exact international rates are calculated at checkout.
Delivery estimates
Transit times listed above are estimates after your order ships and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, or customs.

2026 Holiday order deadlines
Our products are made to order, so please order early for Christmas delivery. Based on our print partner Printful's 2026 holiday deadlines for US orders:
• Order by December 11, 2026 with standard shipping for delivery by Christmas.
• Order by December 16, 2026 with express shipping for delivery by Christmas.
These dates apply to US deliveries; international orders should be placed even earlier. We will add our other print partners' holiday dates here once they are published.
